2004-02-06 Winter storm of 6 February. Produce snow which turned to sleet and freezing rain. Most locations rose above freezing during the daylight hours of the sixth. Some flooding observed with the event.
2004-02-02 Southern stream storm that brought snow from Oklahoma to Michigan and then snow to Pennsylvania and the northeast. Marginal temperaters were in the model forecasts. Central Pennsylvania saw a band of 10-14 inches of snow on Tuesday 3 February.
